20:00 Cardboard Cabin

From the remote hut of Cardboard Cabin, warm, danceable folk music can be heard. Intimate moments are interspersed with robust powerfolk. The repertoire includes self-written songs: classic ballroom dances, but also experimentation is not shied away from. A refuge for anyone who wants to briefly escape the bustle of this busy world.

Cardboard Cabin consists of Jeroen Werbrouck (Katla) on accordion, Flor Delombaerde (Walter, Neon Sunset, Krosmos) on double bass, Tim Orroi (Nitty Gritty, Cirqu’en Flêxe) on drums, and Thomas Clerbout (Deya, Peter and the Fox) on soprano saxophone. After months of writing music, intensive rehearsals, and recording, they are ready to welcome the world into their cabin.
